Tribeca Penthouse – Living Room
Tucked away on a quiet cobblestone street in the Tribeca West Historic District, this residence exemplifies the transformation of a historic New York landmark into a modern living experience. The elevator opens into a living space with classic round-arched windows, an open-concept layout, and a modern state-of-the-art custom kitchen by Henrybuilt.
Tribeca penthouse – master bedroom suite
The second level of this triplex houses a full-floor master suite featuring two walk-in closets, an en-suite bathroom, and two private outdoor gardens with northern and southern exposures. The design includes Roman plaster finish on the walls, a hand knotted wool and silk rug and black lacquered custom side tables and double dresser.
Tribeca penthouse – girls’ bedrooms
Commissioned furnishings include silk rugs handmade by skilled artisans from a small village in Nepal, hand-painted gilded wallpapers from de Gournay, along with creations from over one hundred craftsmen, and small businesses both locally and from around the world.
